4) Client(s) have to pay 40% of advance for the package along with the order.

5) All Design/Development & Services are subject to be tagged with the iitMinds Technologies Logo / Website URL / Hyperlink.
The iitMinds Tecnologies Has all rights Reserved to Prosecute for Infringement.

6) All website Designs Created by the iitMinds Technologies will be Tagged with or without*: [Designed By: iitMinds Technologies] & The text will be Hyperlinked to: “www.iitMinds.com”. The iitMinds Tecnologies Has all rights Reserved to Prosecute for copyright / Artist Infringement.

7) The iitMinds Technologies shall NOT be held liable for ANY misuse of designs once released to the client(s) after purchase.

8) The iitMinds Technologies holds the right to refuse service at anytime & shall not be required to disclose the reason of refusal.

9) ) The iitMinds Technologies Holds the right to redistribute any information gathered from its client(s) & or Potential Client(s)

10) The iitMinds Technologies does ‘NOT” have a refund or return Policy; Meaning: Once a purchase is made,
